The Farm

Canreg Station Farm was established in 1995 as a family operated dairy sheep farm on a previous beef operation.

Through land purchase and leasing contracts our farm expanded to about 300 acres over the years. Most of this land consists of native pasture, rangeland, hay fields and bush. Very little has been converted to arable production.

Our farm is home to about 380 dairy ewes (female sheep) of the Lacaune and East Friesian breed. The main farm products are milk and meat (lamb and mutton).
